Meal Plan Monday
It’s a new week, which means, it’s time for a new plan!
I just re-organized my kitchen, thanks to motivation from OrgJunkie , who also happens to be the organizer of this wonderful weekly menu plan! So, having done that, I am hoping that cooking will be a real treat for me now that everything has a place! No more haphazardly scrummaging through my drawers and cabinets trying to find something. I know where it all is. So without further ado, here is the menu at our house this week.
Monday: brisket, matzoh ball soup, broccoli, squash souflee
Tuesday: deli night - blintzes, tuna salad, egg salad
Wednesday: BBQ chicken, corn on the cob, baked fries
Thursday:Â Shepard’s pie, green salad
Friday: Chicken Souvlaki salad w/ tzatziki sauce
